Help Us at Wonga Beach for Clean Up Australia Day 2022

Low Isles Preservation Society Inc invites you to join us in cleaning up beautiful Wonga Beach for Clean Up Australia Day 2022. In addition to the clean-up effort, data on rubbish collected will be registered in the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Database with support from Tangaroa Blue Foundation and the ReefClean Project.

Date and Time: Sunday 6 March 8.30am - 12.00 pm
Meeting Point: Meet at the carpark of Wonga Beach Park, located at the southernmost section of Wonga Beach.

What to bring / wear: personal water bottle, sun-smart clothing and hat, enclosed footwear.

Gloves, extra water and sunscreen, and collection bags will be provided.
